Alberta is growing by 2000 a year and the unemployment rate is going up. You will see this happen when the population goes up.

Alberta government is thinking of a land transfer tax.

Construction up 42%. Good for jobs

Industrial and commercial permits to watch, this is companies outlook on future

Calgary hasFood for thought 12% sales happening to the amount of listings. 

Calgary Real Estate Board sales reported approximately 1200 sales more than 2008. A slight increase. 

Speculation on the peak of foreclosures in the US will be in 2013
